Terms of Sail
Please be advised we are currently unable to offer shared Champagne cruises. This experience can be booked privately.
Payments and cancellation
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, fuel and crew where appropriate
An additional nominal charge of £10 per guest is levied by the National Trust. This will be waived upon production of a valid National Trust membership
Full prepayment is required at the time of booking for all boat reservations. This includes food and beverage items, and the National Trust fee, where applicable.
We operate a 48-hour cancellation policy
Cliveden House reserves the right to cancel bookings for security and safety reasons
On Board
The maximum capacity is 10 guests on the Suzy Ann and 4 guests on the Belmont. This must not be exceeded under any circumstances.
Children on board must be supervised at all times, and lifejackets must be worn by guests who are unable to swim.
Please wear non-slip shoes; high heels are strictly forbidden
No dogs are permitted onboard
Additional Information
Boats will sail at the booked time with allowances for unavoidable delays and excess river traffic, up to 30 minutes
In the event of rain, boats still sail
All food and drink consumed on board must be provided by Cliveden House
It is the responsibility of the customer to acquaint every member of their party with the above conditions and accept responsibility for their party
Cliveden House reserves the right to amend these Terms of Sail without prior notice.
